Allan Jiang holds an MBA from the University of Chongqing. Allan has more than 25 years of experience in China taxation, specializing in both individual and corporate direct and indirect taxes. He started his tax career in the Chongqing State of Taxation Bureau as Foreign Tax Collector,Tax Auditor,and official in Tax policy sector. He left Taxation Bureau in 2000 to join BP p.l.c., and his major responsibility is to support the downstream businesses in China. He was posted to Singapore in 2004 to manage regional projects, such as headquarter cost sharing, regional inter-company services charges, regional marine and tax administration and business support in Japan. After 2006, he left BP and founded the firm to provide tax advisory services to domestic companies, funds and foreign companies. Allan specializes in foreign taxation and foreign investment laws in China and has extensive working experience and in-depth knowledge in income tax and indirect tax management of foreign-invested enterprises, optimization of investment structure of multinational enterprises in and out of China, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions and tax audits.
Tony Wan is proficient in the financial and taxation management of large enterprises, with more than ten years of experience in this field. Tony received an iMBA degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; since 2008, he serves as the CEO of Shanghai Hitpoint Information Technology Co., Ltd., and is responsible for the shared center tax management projects of many large company groups such as General Electric, Starbucks and Beijing Benz Automotive. At present, Hitpoint has developed into a core partner of SAP Concur. As a provider of financial and taxation management solutions, Hitpoint keeps in the front-runner status in the industry. It focuses on the localization of corporate taxation and provides professional all-in-one life cycle management for corporate business, finance, and taxation, which covers from input and output invoices to tax declaration, supply chain collaboration, and to tax sharing platform as well as tax management solutions with the product Fapiaoforce for SAP Concur. Siang Lim is a senior partner of PKF Kexin, and he is also a serial entrepreneur and currently serves as the Chairman & Founder of Linhu Real Estate. Siang has over 20 years of business and investment experience in Asia Pacific, in particular the last 16 years in China. He also co-founded and invested in other businesses, such as F&B, Children Entertainments, Investment & Asset Management, FMCG, Industrial Materials & Products Manufacturing and High-end Retails F&F designing, manufacturing & construction - currently, he is the board member of these companies and chaired some of the boards. Prior coming to China, Siang worked in Australia for more than a decade and held senior positions with top tier global firms. A professionally trained Chartered Accountant, Siang also holds China Certified Asset Manager and Honorable Citizen for Jiaxing City. He is an active member of YPO and EO and attends YPO Harvard Presidents’ Program.
Ms. Zheng has 11 years of experience in overseas fund management, 7 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce compliance implementation, and experience in assisting New Third Board listed companies to the Main Board. She was responsible for overseas fund management in a leading cross-border e-commerce listed company, participated in the construction of overseas expense control systems, overseas fund systems, and overseas structure systems, and was involved in IPO projects both domestically and internationally. Ms. Zheng specializes in designing compliance solutions for the integration of industry and finance in overseas business and IPO compliance tax solutions. She is an expert in cross-border tax refund business (9610 9170 9810).
Cherry Bao graduated from Fudan University, and she is CICPA, CTA and ACCA member. Cherry has more than 15 years professional working experience. Prior to joining PKF Kexin, Cherry worked for Audit and Tax departments of a Big Four Accounting Firm for more than 5 years. Currently, Cherry is providing accounting and tax services for domestic and multinational companies, such as tax planning for corporate structures and operational flows, transfer pricing documentation, tax health check, and finance and tax due diligence services etc.
Fred Yin obtained his Finance.B degree from Harbin Engineering University and his Accounting and Logistics Management.M degrees from Sydney University. He joined PKF Kexin in April 2009 and has more than 10 years working experience in professional tax services, such as enterprise restructuring, tax risk assessment and tax audit assistance services etc.
Cindy Zhang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics majoring in accounting, and has intermediate accountant qualification certificate. Before working in PKF Kexin, she had been engaged in auditing work in an international big firm for 9 years. She has extensive auditing experience and solid financial accounting foundation, especially in financial auditing of multinational groups. Currently, Cindy could assist to establish the financial framework system for newly established foreign-invested enterprises, and sort out the working process of the financial department, and provide professional consulting services in accounting treatment and tax declaration.
Leo Li obtained his Management.B degree from University of Shanghai for Science. He joined PKF Kexin in April 2014 and has extensive working experience in professional tax services, such as tax consulting, tax assurance, corporate establishment & maintenance, and export tax refunds services etc.
Rachel Zhang obtained her accounting and finance.B degree and international finance and taxation.M degree from Renmin University of China, and she is CICPA member. Rachel has served in Big 4 accounting firms for nearly ten years and successfully participated in a number of cross-border transaction planning projects of foreign multinationals and foreign-funded companies operating in China. In addition, she has also provided a large number of tax planning solutions for domestic group companies (including private companies, state-owned companies, etc.), which are specifically used to solve the tax problems in the restructuring of business models of group companies.Rachel led and successfully cooperated with many state-owned enterprises and private enterprises as well as high net worth individuals to successfully deal with the risk control problem of Jinsan data and the 1,000 households plan and led the IT team to build a tax management system for customers in the corporate finance and tax planning process.
Julie Li received her Accounting degree from Hebei University of Economics and Trade. She mainly engage in preparing files and documents (CbCR, Master file and Local file) for related party transactions of multinational groups under BEPS, and could provide clients with suggestions on transfer pricing, related party transaction arrangements, transfer pricing policies and reviewed/prepared the compliance of related party transaction contracts. She also participated in the design, optimization and implementation of corporate tax structure and equity structure. In addition, she has also provided transfer pricing consultation, contemporaneous data preparation, and transfer pricing audit defense services to well-known listed companies and companies to be listed.
Hannah Yang received her Accounting and financial management.M degree from Reading University, UK, , and has qualification of assistant accountant. Hannah cooperated with PKF overseas office for many times to provide transfer pricing compliance services for domestic and foreign enterprises, including transfer pricing files in Chinese and English. She is responsible for international tax related consulting, including related transaction transfer pricing, daily tax consulting, due diligence consulting and financial & tax consulting services.
Mary Wang graduated from Miyun Branch of Capital University of Economics and Business with the qualification of assistant accountant. Mary is proficient in providing professional services for foreign-funded enterprises in cross-border tax matters, and has extensive experience in the corporate establishment & maintenance such as the enterprises setup, bookkeeping, and tax filings, etc. She is also good at handling the communication and coordination between enterprises and the relevant tax authorities.
